Jobber

General field-service software some pool shops use for scheduling, quotes, and invoices.

Jobber is field-service software for landscaping, cleaning, HVAC, and similar trades, including some pool companies. Software Advice lists scheduling, quoting, invoicing, CRM, and iOS/Android apps.

Editorial judgment: Jobber is not a pool platform. Chemistry and per-stop pool workflows are thinner than dedicated tools.

Pricing

Verified fact: Live Jobber pricing for 1 user, checked 2026-09-07.

Plan (1 user) No commitment 1-year monthly Billed annually
Core $49 $39 $29
Connect $139 $119 $99
Grow $199 $169 $149

The same page lists 5, 10, and 15-user prices on Connect, Grow, and Plus. This profile quotes the 1-user row. 14-day Grow trial, no credit card. Cards 2.9% + 30¢; Tap to Pay 2.7% + 30¢; ACH 1%.

Pool-specific gaps

No native Orenda/LSI or per-pool billing. LaMotte is not a built-in integration. Offline is not claimed on the pool page. Jobber QBO help documents one-way Jobber to QBO and no Desktop. The live pricing matrix lists QBO sync on Connect, not Core. See the QuickBooks guide.

Use Jobber if pool work is one line among several. Use a pool-native tool if dosing and route chemistry are the daily job. Seat-versus-location math is on Jobber vs Skimmer. Seat versus technician: Jobber vs Pool Brain. Seat versus technician-and-customer-cap: Jobber vs Poolside. Seat versus headcount: Jobber vs Paythepoolman. Per-user versus seat: Pool Office Manager vs Jobber. No hands-on test.

Verdict

Editorial judgment

Jobber fits a shop that sells more than pool routes and wants client booking UX. A pool-only operator who lives in chemistry and stop lists should quote Skimmer or Paythepoolman first. Core looks cheap; Connect is the plan that actually replaces a dispatcher.

Third-party summaries from public review sites, app stores, trade press, or vendor trust pages. These are not PoolProStack hands-on reviews, and they are not anonymous star ratings we invented. Each item links to the source and shows when it was published and when we retrieved it.

Jobber has the deepest public review record of the five vendors in this directory. GetApp (updated August 2026) reports 1,477 verified reviews at 4.6/5. Field Service Guide (April 2026) cites G2 4.5/5 from 340 reviews and Capterra 4.5/5 from 720. This retrieval opened GetApp, Software Finder (53 reviews, 4.2), and Field Service Guide; G2 and Capterra HTML were blocked. These are not PoolProStack field tests.
