Submit an operator note

We want Florida and other U.S. pool operators to email sourced notes to the project inbox. We will not invent testimonials.

What this page is

Vendor pages now include an Operator feedback (aggregated) section. Those items are paraphrases or short quotes from public G2, Capterra, Software Finder, GetApp, app stores, trade press, or vendor trust pages, each with a source URL and retrieval date. They are labeledThird-party operator comment (or a narrower third-party label). They are not PoolProStack field tests.

Email an operator note

Send notes to the project inboxpoolprostack@agentmail.towith the subject line Operator note: [vendor]. That address is the PoolProStack operator-notes mailbox. It is not a personal inbox.

Email an operator note

A web form is still coming later. GitHub Discussions are not enabled. Do not write a different reviews@ address, and do not treat any personal email as ours. Public source URLs (G2, Capterra, app stores, forums) remain useful. Seemethodology.

What to include

Useful notes look like this:

  • Vendor name and about how many pools or techs you run (no customer names)
  • What you pay, or the public pricing page you used
  • What worked and what broke, in specific terms (billing unit, QBO sync, offline app)
  • A link if you already posted the same note on G2, Capterra, or a public forum

Do not send homeowner PII, card data, or screenshots of other people's accounts. We will not publish anonymous star ratings we invented, and we will not rewrite your note as a PoolProStack hands-on review.
