- Teams already used to general FSM tools
- Shops that want online booking and a client hub

## Standout features

- Client hub and online booking (Core and up)
- Team-size plan buckets
- One-way Jobber to QuickBooks Online on Connect and up (pricing matrix). No Desktop (vendor help)
- GPS and routing on Connect (Software Advice)
- Job costing and two-way SMS on Grow (Software Advice)

## Tradeoffs

- Not a pool product: no native LSI/dosing workflow
- Chemical tracking and per-pool billing are weaker than Skimmer or Pool Brain
- QBO listed on Connect, not Core (pricing matrix, 2026-09-07); GPS cited on third-party plan tables
- Add-ons on live pricing (2026-09-07): Receptionist $29/mo, Marketing Suite $99/mo, Pipeline $49/mo

- GetApp's August 2026 summary of 1,477 reviews says users credit scheduling, invoicing, and the mobile app, and lists unreliable data synchronization and inconsistent QuickBooks integration among cons. ## Review body

Jobber is field-service software for landscaping, cleaning, HVAC, and similar trades, including some pool companies. [Software Advice](https://www.softwareadvice.com/field-service/jobber-profile/) lists scheduling, quoting, invoicing, CRM, and iOS/Android apps.

> **Editorial judgment:** Jobber is not a pool platform. Chemistry and per-stop pool workflows are thinner than dedicated tools.

## Pricing

> **Verified fact:** Live [Jobber pricing](https://www.getjobber.com/pricing/) for 1 user, checked 2026-09-07.

| Plan (1 user) | No commitment | 1-year monthly | Billed annually |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Core | $49 | $39 | $29 |
| Connect | $139 | $119 | $99 |
| Grow | $199 | $169 | $149 |

The same page lists 5, 10, and 15-user prices on Connect, Grow, and Plus. This profile quotes the 1-user row. 14-day Grow trial, no credit card. Cards 2.9% + 30¢; Tap to Pay 2.7% + 30¢; ACH 1%.

## Pool-specific gaps

No native Orenda/LSI or per-pool billing. LaMotte is not a built-in integration. Offline is not claimed on the [pool page](https://www.getjobber.com/industries/pool-service-software). [Jobber QBO help](https://help.getjobber.com/hc/en-us/articles/12642621815831-QuickBooks-Integration-FAQs-NEW-QuickBooks-Integration) documents one-way Jobber to QBO and no Desktop. The live pricing matrix lists QBO sync on Connect, not Core. See the [QuickBooks guide](/guides/best-pool-service-software-with-quickbooks).

Use Jobber if pool work is one line among several. Use a pool-native tool if dosing and route chemistry are the daily job. Seat-versus-location math is on [Jobber vs Skimmer](/compare/jobber-vs-skimmer). Seat versus technician: [Jobber vs Pool Brain](/compare/jobber-vs-pool-brain). Seat versus technician-and-customer-cap: [Jobber vs Poolside](/compare/jobber-vs-poolside). Seat versus headcount: [Jobber vs Paythepoolman](/compare/jobber-vs-paythepoolman). Per-user versus seat: [Pool Office Manager vs Jobber](/compare/pool-office-manager-vs-jobber). No hands-on test.
